C.J.Boots, one of Indiana’s finest casket craftsman has recently introduced the “Epiphany” casket line. The company’s promotional materials highlight it’s traditional  casket look that is “Green” friendly. The casket’s molded construction reports 100% pre-consumer recycled and recovered wood fiber. This inovative concept requires some minor tweaking before final production but shows an industry actively seeking eco friendly consumer solutions.

The C.J. Boots materials continue, by sharing some great news about the state of the North American hardwood industry.  Because of the commitment to the Sustainable Forestry Practises the USDA Forest Service reports that there are twice as many hardwood trees growing in this country today than there were 45 years ago.
